Kody started Nextgen Landscapes with no more than a push lawn mower, moving from house to house cutting grass. As his clientele grew, it became clear there was much more potential in residential and commercial services. This realization planted the seed for Nextgen Landscapes. Over time, the business expanded, and the fleet of equipment grew to meet the increasing needs of customers.

In 2018, Nextgen Landscapes officially launched with a vision to provide exceptional landscaping and hardscaping solutions. Through the years, we’ve learned a lot about what makes an outdoor space truly special, and that all begins with the customer’s wants and needs. Every project starts with a one-on-one discussion to ensure we understand the vision and goals. We quickly built a reputation for transforming outdoor spaces with thoughtful design and superior craftsmanship. While landscaping remains at the core of our business, we developed a specialized branch focused on natural walking trails, emphasizing accessibility. As we continue to expand into excavation services, our growing fleet allows us to take on projects of all sizes.

Continued education is especially important to us, which is why every off-season we attend multiple training sessions. These sessions cover topics ranging from safety on job sites, septic installation requirements, erosion control, and DOT training.
